Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nafasi254, a ticketing and event-discovery platform operated by Faraja Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya (“Faraja”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Nafasi254 is a product of Faraja Limited. We provide a marketplace that connects event organizers with attendees and facilitates ticket sales and payments. Where an event is run by a third-party organizer, that organizer is responsible for the event itself.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use Nafasi254. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Buying tickets

• All prices are shown in Kenya Shillings (KES) and may include a service fee.
• A ticket is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
• Each ticket carries a unique QR code. Tickets are single-use and are scanned once at entry; duplicated or screenshotted codes may be refused if already used.
• You may not resell tickets above face value or for commercial gain without our consent.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through M-Pesa (Safaricom) and card networks via our payment partners. We do not store your full card details. By paying, you authorise the relevant charge to your selected payment method.

5. Entry & conduct at events

Admission is subject to the organizer's and venue's rules. The organizer or venue may refuse entry or remove attendees for unlawful or unsafe conduct. We are not liable for the conduct of organizers, venues, or other attendees.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short, if an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price; service fees may be non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Organizers

If you list an event, you warrant that you have the right to do so, that your event details are accurate, and that you will honour all valid tickets. You authorise us to collect payments on your behalf and to remit funds less applicable fees, subject to our payout terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Nafasi254 name, logo, and platform are owned by Faraja Limited. Event names, posters, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for the purpose of promoting and selling tickets.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faraja Limited's total liability arising from your use of Nafasi254 is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
