Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when refunds apply to tickets purchased on Nafasi254, operated by Faraja Limited.
1. Event cancelled
If an organizer cancels an event, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price to your original payment method. We aim to process such refunds within 7–14 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
2. Event postponed or rescheduled
If an event is postponed, your ticket normally remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund of the ticket price within 14 days of the new date being announced.
3. Change of mind
Tickets are generally non-refundable for change of mind. Some organizers may allow refunds up to a stated cut-off before the event — where offered, this is shown on the event page.
4. Service fees
Service fees are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled or where a refund is required by law.
5. Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged but did not receive a ticket (for example, a duplicate M-Pesa charge), email support@nafasi254.co.ke with your M-Pesa confirmation code and we will reconcile and refund any duplicate within a few business days.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@nafasi254.co.ke from the address on your account, including your order number. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (M-Pesa or card).
